If you need special services such as catering we have a number of amazing chefs. As well, we can provide help with concepting and potentially sponsorship development depending on your organization.

Open, airy and inviting. During the day we have natural light streaming in from our skylight overhead onto our built in stage. We've hosted large talks, small concerts, private dinners, innovation workshops... we'd love to hear what you're planning and give you a tour.

Available Monday-Friday after 6pm // All day Saturday + Sunday.

Weekday Pricing starts at $700 for a 4 hour minimum. This encompasses set-up, event hours, and breakdown. $200 for each additional hour.

Weekend Pricing starts at $900 for a 4 hour minimum, encompassing set-up, event time, and breakdown. Additional hours are $200.


5 Rooms seating up to 15

Our focus rooms are each a little different. They're made to bring your team or group focused work and thinking. Rentable by the hour, day or the week. (Custom exceptions for monthly rental). Weekend bookings require a 4 hour minimum.
These rooms can also be added onto a larger event rental to create break-out rooms for company off-sites or workshops.

Weekday After Hours Pricing starts at $50/hour

Weekend Pricing starts at $75/hour

Overnight Pricing starts at $100/hour

Booking policies

Deposit – A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event space/meeting room rental. Remaining balance is due no later than seven days before your scheduled event date.

Security Deposit – An additional $200 security deposit may be required for events with alcohol, large attendance, the use of glitter, or decorations that will be fixed to the walls.  The deposit will be returned following the event if the space has been returned to its original state and the event and breakdown does not run over the allotted time.

Contract – A signed contract must be received to confirm your event space rental. Rental Agreements will be emailed to the event organizer, and must be signed and returned when the 50% deposit is paid.

Insurance – A certificate of insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00 is required to confirm an event space booking and must be received no later than three days before your scheduled event. This is NOT required for meeting room bookings. The certificate should name Elevator Factory, 437 Memorial Drive SE, Suite A2, Atlanta, GA 30316 as loss payee and additional insured. Please submit to timeandspace@elevatorfactory.com.

Security – A licensed and bonded security professional is required for any event that serves alcohol.

Alcohol – A licensed bartender is required to serve alcohol. Sale of alcohol is not permitted.

Cancellations – Moneys paid for cancellations made seven days or prior to the event date will be returned in full. Cancellations made within 1 week of the event date are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations made the day of or after the start of your event will receive no refund as the space has been reserved for you.
