DEPOSIT – A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR EVENT SPACE/MEETING ROOM RENTAL. REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE NO LATER THAN SEVEN DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT DATE.
Night & weekend bookings - we are happy to accommodate you on nights and weekends as space permits. night and weekend bookings are available with a 4 hour minimum booking. ask about rates.
catering – your meeting room booking may be catered on your own. a cleaning fee may be applied.
CANCELLATIONS – CANCELLATIONS MADE PRIOR TO 14 DAYS FROM THE EVENT WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 2 WEEKs OF THE EVENT RECEIVE A PARTIAL (50%) REFUND. CANCELLATIONS MADE THE week OF OR AFTER THE START OF THE EVENT WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND. failure to pay your balance by the due date will be considered a cancellation within two weeks and your date and room will be released.
